Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring performance standards
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate transportation schedules
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
