Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing shrinkage.
- Enforce strict safety compliance and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules are met.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
- Prepare and review operational reports to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
