As an Overnight Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly during the quiet hours of the night. You will handle inventory, prepare orders for the morning rush, and maintain a pristine work environment. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise onto delivery trucks and pallets.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately using handheld scanners.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with warehouse operations, forklifts, or inventory systems is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Scottsdale facility.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
