As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and employee growth.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Package and label products securely to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
