Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Unload incoming freight and verify contents against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment throughout the night shift.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and ensure proper load securement.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels, barcodes, and scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
