Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 member overnight team with performance metrics and safety protocols
- Oversee high-value inventory reconciliation and security operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and automation tools
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement OSHA compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with day-shift leadership for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse leadership experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving skills with inventory management expertise
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours nightly
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
