Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Execute inventory moves with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements for seamless dock operations
- Maintain detailed electronic logs for inventory and equipment usage
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support loading/unloading operations with precision and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic RF scanner proficiency required
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekend overtime
