Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and log temperature readings to ensure cold storage conditions remain within safe parameters.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, clutter-free workspace.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a cold environment (below 40°F) for extended shifts.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and counting.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new operational procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not mandatory.
