Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
