Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and production schedules.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking product descriptions, quantities, and barcodes.
- Prepare and package items securely for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
