Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize, stock, and rotate inventory within the cold storage facility to ensure maximum freshness.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor temperature controls and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while working in cold environments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (temperatures below 32°F).
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
