Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and reconciling stock against warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new machinery.
- Excellent visual acuity and depth perception.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- No prior forklift experience required; paid training provided.
