What You Will Do
As an Order Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and damage.
- Verify that the correct items are included in each shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily quotas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Available to work full-time hours, including overtime.
