Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory in accordance with FIFO protocols and safety standards
- Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
