Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain strict temperature control within the facility and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate warehouse machinery according to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (below 40°F) for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
