Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all forklift equipment to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and logging data into WMS systems.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the proper tagging and storage of various types of freight.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFP) or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking software.
