Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations
- Manage inventory documentation and coordinate with warehouse staff
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize productivity
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing incoming shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to San Diego industrial areas
- Flexible availability including early morning/evening shifts
