Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets and materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for any mechanical issues or safety hazards before starting shifts.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by scanning barcodes and maintaining organized storage zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling equipment and techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Las Vegas location.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
