Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in warehouse racks
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisor
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy with experience using inventory software
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for weekend/evening shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
