Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently within warehouse facilities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of goods to prevent damage
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
