Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues and report any mechanical problems immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and warehouse organization.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
