Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to safety protocols during dock operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required (CDL Class A/B not required but preferred).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
