As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that products are moved safely, accurately, and efficiently. If you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform routine pre-shift safety inspections on all forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize space efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, as needed.
