Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas to maximize space efficiency and ensure accessibility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic inventory counts and document movements accurately in the warehouse management system.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
