Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and organizing stock.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent certification required).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
