Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to all OSHA safety standards.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Verify stock against digital manifests and correct discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
