Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner according to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and containers accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues before and after each shift and report any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and digital record-keeping.
- Follow all company protocols for handling hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Must be available for part-time shifts including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
