Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load and unload materials from trucks and shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory control, including scanning, labeling, and organizing stock.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B) is required.
- License: Valid Driver’s License.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Skills: Basic reading and math skills; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
