Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections on all forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CLP/RFOD) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of previous forklift operation experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
