Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation processes
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to prevent hazards
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material-handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation and measurement
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
