Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate logs.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure clear pathways and efficient traffic flow.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CPS/OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
