Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Class 1, 3, or 4) to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper material handling techniques.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid, current Forklift Operator Certification (CDL not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
