As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are moved efficiently and safely within our warehouse facility.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks before shifts.
- Organize and maintain inventory by accurately stocking shelves and pallets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including cleaning and organizing.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as required.
