Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized correctly.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (preferred).
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights if needed.
