Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory counts
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Support inventory management and order fulfillment operations
- Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends for overtime
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
