We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Material Movement: Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: accurately scan and record incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S guidelines and safety protocols.
- Packing & Shipping: Properly pack and label goods to ensure they are ready for distribution.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy manual labor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail to prevent errors.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license preferred.
