Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
