Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelves and storage areas to ensure optimal inventory flow.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits as required by management.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer systems to accurately track stock levels and locations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and logistics targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
