Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (labelers, scanners, tape dispensers)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (data entry experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
