Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and picking lists
- Inspect and prepare items for shipping, including proper boxing and labeling
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with receiving and stocking operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
