Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and order management systems
- Inspect products for quality and verify order completeness before shipping
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers) safely and efficiently
- Update inventory records and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
