Responsibilities
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain precise inventory control via WMS systems
- Monitor refrigeration systems and report equipment anomalies
- Enforce HACCP compliance and sanitation standards
- Operate automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS)
- Perform quality inspections on perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended shifts
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting
