Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure quality control.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping guidelines and carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to comply with safety regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as required.
- Sort and organize incoming stock efficiently to optimize warehouse flow.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
