Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap).
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training provided).
- Organize the packing area to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
