Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure they are properly labeled and sealed for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, as required.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
