Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor equipment and inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent downtime.
- Resolve operational issues and provide immediate feedback to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
