Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders according to company specifications.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages immediately.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure correct quantities are shipped.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and KPIs.
- Sort and stage incoming inventory for processing efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
