Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in climate-controlled environments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team to maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and team coordination
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to/from our Jacksonville facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
