Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts, safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or shipping issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including overnight hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
