Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from shelves and storage areas based on customer orders and pick tickets.
- Verify item quantities and quality before packaging items for shipment.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Label, package, and prepare products for delivery using appropriate packing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
